ok 2 days ago my bar ends cleared the top tube now they hit i havnt changed anything in the setup. could i possibly have bent them? Question

Take off the bar from your stem and check if it bent. Did you just recently fall?

yeah they re bent i got more rise on oneside than the other. no no falls just landings. oh well time to get some 3 inch rise bmx race bars i guess
