im getting a squeaking sound and my forks are stiff.... help!

so i know a good amount about bikes... or at least i think i do.... but i got a new set of forks sent to me because after getting my bike sent to me i noticed the welds looked really bad. so i was putting on the new forks and put my spacers all back on and the head set back on and tightened it all down and now i get a squeak and the forks are really stiff. i have pulled it apart and put it all back like twelve times.... im stuck now.... any ideas? i need help!

tightened it too much and didn't put enough grease

nope.... i backed it good with grease and i have tried all kinds of things... when i tighten it it alot it is stiff.... and when i leave it a little loose it my forks wobble and shit... it feels way to sketchy... i tried new berrings and seals.... a new crown... everything...

Haha i'm all for aerospokes but that thing is unnecessarily big. Messes up the screen.

hmmm.... One would think that if you were using the right crown race and headset, and it was well greased and not over tightened it wouldn't exhibit any of these traits. take it to your LBS or post a video.
