What did you need help with? Taking it off?

When putting it upside down left loosey the right side if you're looking at the rear. Righty loosey the left side after that.

Yes, you can. BSA was the basis for ISO, I believe.

its a British bike and its 1.37 x 24t so am wondering if i can use iso thread BB witch is 1.375 x 24

Yes, it should be fine. According to Wikipedia, there are no other threadings that come close to those specs. Also, they refer to it as "ISO/English or BSA."
