When putting it upside down left loosey the right side if you're looking at the rear. Righty loosey the left side after that. | |

| Yes, you can. BSA was the basis for ISO, I believe. | |

| Yes, it should be fine. According to Wikipedia, there are no other threadings that come close to those specs. Also, they refer to it as "ISO/English or BSA." | |
