note: the guy modeling this thing is not me.

There isn't much to say except that this thing works like a charm. Just slide it onto your belt between beltloops on your pants, and slide the lock in. I got the bulldog-sized one, because obviously, I have an OnGuard bulldog. They make it for both Kryptonite minis and standard-sized u-locks as well. $10 + $3 shipping. Totally worth it.

I'm sure it'll prove to be very useful when the weather starts heating up and that messenger bag looks more like a hot hassle to carry around.

If you're wearing a belt anyway.... why would you need a belt for your U lock? That same stretch of "holster" already exists between belt loops on your pants.

I guess if you're the Clint Eastwood of cyclists, and are constantly "unholstering" your U lock to spin and reholster like a sixgun, I could understand it, but I generally use my U lock once, maybe twice a ride, so it seems a little overkill.

My u-lock doesn't fit between belt loops. The holster is actually longer than the stretch between two belt loops. My wording probably didn't make that very clear.

I like it. Smile
