| I ride brake-less and just copped a 12T Pista cog (all the way from Hungary lol). Was wondering if this ratio is going to make it extremely difficult to stop. Any input? [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] | |

| you are pushing 101 gear inches... which is fukin fast! lol I dont see this being to practical for street riding unless your legs are tree trunks
I was running about 75, but i stepped it up to 80. most sane people run somewhere in the low 70's for versatility sake

| I run a 46x15 and have about 80 gear inches. I like it, not too hard to stop or skid, a challenge on the climbs, and pretty fast on the flat and downhill. Gotta make it harder to build up those leg muscles!
Depends on what kind of riding you do. What was your old ratio? | |

| City grounds dropped the price of there cogs. The polished sizes are 50 and the polished with gold are 99.00 and I saw 3-4 different sizes there. I think I'm going to pick up a gold 15t when my tax return comes. I think I want to try a hire ratio if any ones got one used. Like 17 /18 | |
