Phil Wood to Deep V Track Wheelset

Im selling my wheels, they are Phil Wood high flange track hubs to Velocity Deep Vs (all silver). Front is radial rear is 3x, both are 32h. Rear hub is double sided fixed. Will come with Phil lockring, rim tape, and tires if you want. They are in good shape, just a few not to noticeable scratches from use. They will be trued before sale.
Looking for 400 or will consider trades plus cash for something like Open Pros to Formula. I will sell the front wheel separate but not the rear.
