| sorry no pics or anything. LOL. Okay, I'm trying to convince my wife to start riding a single gear bike. I'm offering to get her one. How can I push her to try it? Does anyone have any female friends that ride single so I can show her she wont be the only one. LOL. If you have pics please post up. I kinda wanna get rid of her hybrid bike. | |

Why does she need convincing? does she not like them? - The Kirby wrote:

Forcing your will on someone will more often than not lead to resistance - keep that in mind. - The Kirby wrote:

What’s wrong with her hybrid? If she rides, that’s great - why fix it if it ain’t broken... If she does end up getting a fixed gear, be VERY careful to not push her to uncomfortable speeds / roads / hills / etc. If ANYTHIGN goes wrong you will be fully culpable! | |

| I live in the D.C. area and see may girls on Singles but not as many on Fixed Gears, the ones I have seen on fixed gears seem to tear it up pretty good. Anyone from the area knows that the gals that ride out at Haynes Pointe on Wed. nights are legit. | |
