Haha. Mixtes are just the shape of the frame like on the Nakuta, how the top tube slopes down to halfway down the seatpost. And a townie is kinda like the picture of the Schwinn on the first page. It's a more laid back bike, meant for cruising around town and such. Some may have fatter saddles, fenders, baskets, etc. | |

| Haha I googled them both right before I read your response.
I'm leaning towards the Nakuta now, cause I realized that its $40 dollars less and that can help me buy the rear wheel. Plus the more I look at it the more I like the shape. | |
